As COO at Cyware, a global cybersecurity SaaS provider, I guided the company’s transformation from early-stage startup to a global enterprise across seven countries — driving 10x revenue growth and securing $70M in venture funding. I built and scaled global operations, architected the company’s internal systems strategy, and led the design of scalable revenue operations, contract lifecycle management, PMO, and compliance functions to support hypergrowth and investor readiness.
