Speaker Bio
Joe Aurilia, Jr. is a seasoned Operating Advisor and Transformation Partner with over 20 years of experience scaling high-growth companies through operational strategy, revenue architecture, and executive leadership. A former enterprise architect turned COO, Joe is best known for building foundational systems, teams, and go-to-market engines that enable companies to scale with precision, not chaos.
As COO at Cyware, Joe led the company’s transformation from seed stage to global enterprise, overseeing its expansion across seven countries, supporting 10x revenue growth, and securing over $70M in venture funding. Prior to that, he founded and scaled EcoMen Solar, a renewable energy company serving 800+ municipalities, while managing end-to-end operations, GTM strategy, and financial performance.
Joe’s unique advantage lies in his ability to bridge deep technical fluency with enterprise-scale operations and growth leadership. From implementing over 180 SaaS tools across global teams to building Salesforce-driven revenue systems, he’s helped startups and scaling companies unlock growth through automation, architecture, and execution. Earlier in his career at AT&T and IBM, Joe led large-scale infrastructure and systems integration efforts tied to post-acquisition activity - supporting M&A-driven transformations that required enterprise-wide migration, refactoring, and cross-functional alignment.
Today, Joe advises founders, CEOs, and private equity firms on how to accelerate scale while reducing risk. He’s led global revenue operations teams, built strategic PMOs, implemented compliance and contract operations functions, and realigned entire business units to support long-term value creation. A trusted voice on podcasts, panels, and in boardrooms, Joe brings real-world insight and cross-functional command to every conversation.
Trusted by founders, feared by bottlenecks - Joe’s the growth partner companies didn’t know they needed.
